Before launching my freelance business, I spent more than a decade in education and operations-focused roles where organization, communication, and problem-solving were essential every day.
Most recently, I coordinated statewide assessment operations across more than 20 locations, supporting programs serving over 4,000 participants annually. I trained and onboarded hundreds of staff members, managed complex logistics, developed documentation and processes, and ensured large-scale initiatives stayed on track from planning through execution. Throughout my career, I've often been the person responsible for connecting the dots, anticipating challenges, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
